Finance, Control & Operations Referent
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for helping with accounting tasks – collection/ adjustments / invoice production
- Responsible for overall company operational and administrative activity
- Ongoing support for sale & customer retention team, and help with order preparations
- Contract review
- Preparation of supplier orders
- Help with price offers, pricing and report management pertaining to the various communication vendors
- Responsible for executing administrative projects (data optimization, marketing support, report analysis)
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, including accounting Type 2 – a must
- Proven administrative experience with billing systems – data updating and extraction
- Experience in contract monitoring and pricing – a significant advantage
- An academic degree
- High verbal skills, including English reading and writing
- Knowledge of Priority system – a significant advantage
- Proven knowledge and experience in Office applications – a must
- High analytical skills
- Experience in customer service – an advantage
- Can work under high-pressure conditions
- Readiness to work extra hours when necessary
- Loyalty to the organization’s goals
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Punctuality and high organization qualities
