Start by figuring out your needs and your plans.
Size
- Small room/hot desking/booths – up to 3 people
- Medium meeting room – up to 10 people
- Large meeting room – 10 people or more
Room characters
- Is the room arranged as a round table or as a classroom with one main speaker?
- Does the room have any structural features that need special adjustment, glass walls for instance?
- Is your room already equipped with any other components like a multimedia system or a screen?
